BFI Support Packages

Why a support package?

Following the release of any project, BFI will provide a warranty period of 3 months from your go-live date. However,  due to technology’s fast-paced nature, technical requirements and compatibility can change over time – and this can have a knock-on effect to your website.

You may also want to make changes to your website that need our help in future. Or have questions or thoughts you would like us to help you with. So, taking into consideration the important role your website plays within your business, we have three tiers of support packages available.

How we manage your support package

Your support package will be created as a standalone project on Basecamp. Any issue, query or request will be added to the project and managed from there. We will also produce quarterly time reports. And give you options to extend your package if you’re reaching your time limit.
